I know that sounds so crazy. If you walk for 45 minutes, it will clear your mind of bullshit.
also, after 30 minutes, you will be burning actual fat.
I would recommend taking short walks for like 3 months....maybe 15 minutes...start slow though....try it 3 times a day, but at the beginning...if you do not
have the motion, start with 1. Just a short walk will clear your mind of some stacked crap.
