BB11 will forever be known as the "Season of the Dumbass" in my book.


Usually there would be a ton of clips I'd want to put up on my page, but I really haven't seen anything funny this year.

If you have a moment...it's uplifting, even if he has passed on today, he knew how to teach and actually live. Even when given his death sentence.

If only I knew how to do this without the pressure of an expiration date like he had. What a great attitude and an uplifting, great guy.

    Go take a walk.

    I know that sounds so crazy. If you walk for 45 minutes, it will clear your mind of bullshit.

    also, after 30 minutes, you will be burning actual fat.

    I would recommend taking short walks for like 3 months....maybe 15 minutes...start slow though....try it 3 times a day, but at the beginning...if you do not have the motion, start with 1. Just a short walk will clear your mind of some stacked crap.

    I love that...do it, for no reason at all...but the only thing is, you need to be safe as well...don't be crazy about it, make sure you are safe in every occasion, in this day and age, ...make sure you are with at least 2 other people...some people are just takers. Also, I hate to say it, some people, just are not good. Do good things, but realize, that you are in the minority.
